Heath That Matters

“Health is wealth”, We have all heard about this. But still, we don’t care about our health and we ignore this idiom completely. We not stopping here only, we eat what tastes good, We drink what tastes good, and it is bad for our health. We all about so many things from our elders and from books, but we are not ready to apply these things.

Some people started saying we have only one life so stop ourselves and restrict ourselves, we have to eat what our hearts feel. But when our heart starts giving system we are going to die. Then they come to know the importance of our health.

Undoubtedly we have only one life, but we have to take care of our health by doing

  1. Exercise daily and
  2. Eating and drinking healthy food.
  3. Avoiding drugs and other substances.
  4. By Adopting a healthy lifestyle

There are lot of things we can do to keep ourselves healthy. I will try to write and share it with you. Hope you get benefit from them to stay healthy and strong.
